Dennis A. Blair, DDS
When Dr. Blair isn’t providing clean and healthy smiles for his patients, he enjoys cycling and hiking. He currently resides in Orchard Park with his wife Joyce, and has two sons. Doctor Blair has taken countless hours of advanced courses in continuing education which keep the practice on the leading edge of dentistry. He believes strongly that being skilled in different modalities takes an ongoing commitment of time and energy – one that he is more than willing to make. Dr.Blair’s dedication to fostering the next generation of providers is evident in his status as a much sought after instructor at the U.B.School of Dentistry.

Jordan Blair, DDS
Dr. Blair is delighted to welcome his son, Jordan, into his practice. Dr. Jordan Blair is a native of Orchard Park and excelled in academics, as well as athletics at SUNY Geneseo. He was a 2-year captain for SUNY Geneseo basketball team and received the James E. Divico Memorial Award for Outstanding Leadership in Athletics. After earning his dental degree from UB School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Blair participated in a 2 Year Advanced Education in General Practice residency at NYU Lagone Hospital in Brooklyn, New York and has 5 years’ experience in a general practice setting. In addition to his clinical experience, he has taken countless hours of continuing education courses to stay up to date with the advancements made in modern dentistry . When Dr. Blair is not practicing, he enjoys coaching basketball, running and time with his family He currently resides in Orchard Park with his wife, Chelsea, and his son and daughter.

Monica Bauer
Patient Coordinator
Monica Bauer, a 14 year employee with Blair Dental, has been in the dental field for over 20 years. As a Patient Coordinator, Monica is there from the first call and appointment scheduling to the insurance filing and Accounts Receivable. When she is away from the office, Monica enjoys golfing and warm weather. She currently resides in Lancaster and has a son and daughter.
Lora Sambora
Certified Dental Assistant
Lora Sambora has been a registered and certified Dental Assistant since 1992. She has been a Blair Dentistry employee for 24 years, with 28 years of experience in dentistry. In addition to being a dental assistant, she also plays her violin for the Orchard Park Symphony Orchestra, where she is the Board Secretary. Lora lives in Hamburg with her husband and pug.
